Each piece we offer is created or curated with care, and we approach every order with the same attention and respect. If you have questions about sizing, timing, care, or availability, we invite you to reach out—we’re always happy to guide you.
Our policies are designed to be clear, fair, and considerate, reflecting the values behind our work: intention, transparency, and lasting relationships with our customers. Thank you for supporting a slower, more mindful way of creating and shopping.
Details & default notice:
We distribute pre-owned items and foreseeable deterioration caused by wear, tear and age, taking into account the age of the item, is not considered defective. We have provided particular details of the quality or condition of certain items on each items’ description. Most of our inventory has been made between 30-60 years ago. If something breaks or malfunctions after purchase, AIDA is not responsible for fixing, replacing, or accepting a return.
We have published a care guide in order for the customer to follow best practices when taking care of their purchase.
Please see below for vintage condition guide:
Mint - Virtually no wear, mostly refers to vintage that has never been worn.
Excellent - The vintage piece shows only the slightest signs of being worn or aging.
Great - The piece shows typical, although minor, signs of wear or age.
Good - The vintage piece is considered intact and wearable but has some surface flaws i.e. staining, soiling or colour damage.
Fair - The item is wearable but shows significant signs of wear, although in many cases, some of these pieces can be restored. Could serve as a great inspiration piece.

Purchases:
Items left here after 30 days are considered abandoned property. We can not store your purchases for more than 14 days.
Pickup:
Sold items MUST be picked up within 14 days of purchase. If additional time is needed, all requests must be coordinated with AIDA and approved. Arrangements can be made to store items for a longer period of time for an additional storage fee. A blanket is suggested for in-store pick ups of furniture or large fragile items.
Shipping:
Shipments go out Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) and orders will be fulfilled within 5 business days excluding weekends and major holidays. All items are issued a USPS tracking number.
All shipments are through USPS. International Shipping is not available just yet but please email us and we can calculate shipping for items you are interested in.
Ship items at your own risk. Items will are insured with shipping carriers depending on service chosen by client at check out. It is the buyers responsibility to file a claim should an item go missing or become damaged during shipment.
Note: Made to order styles have a specific timeframe of production and shipping. Each made to order style indicates lead time in the description.
AIDA is not responsible for lost, stolen packages or damaged packages/orders once they leave our premises or any international customs/duty charges. Any disputes about the above should be addressed directly with USPS by filing a claim.
Returns:
All items are FINAL SALE. All Instagram sales are FINAL. Online vintage sales are FINAL.

Due to the nature of our productions and services and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds or Store Credit for the items that carry the following name description: MADE TO ORDER, One- of-a-kind, Semi-Bespoke, Bespoke, Couture, Custom orders, private services, special services, private appointments, private Studio Visit.
All sales are final sales.

The condition of each individual item may vary accordingly and are sold as is. Please message us with any questions you may have prior to purchasing.
We want you to love the items you purchase as much as we love finding and selecting them for you. Vintage pieces may have slight imperfections due to age and previous wear. We appreciate the pieces’ character and do not consider them flawed. AIDA does NOT offer returns on any vintage, all sales are final, and all merchandise is sold as is. Please measure and ask as many questions as necessary. We are always happy to send more photos, videos, or details before you purchase.

PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS:
YOU MAY REQUEST A PRIVATE APPOINTMENT for clients who wish to try on pieces, request fittings, or discuss bespoke options before placing an order.
Appointments may be held in person at the STUDIO. appointments require a $100 USD fee, which is fully redeemable against any order placed within 7 days of the consultation.
Appointments are designed to offer you a personalised, one-to-one experience that reflects OUR care and detail.
Once confirmed, appointments are non-refundable. Due to the limited capacity and exclusivity of these sessions, we kindly ask that you book your appointment in advance.
